I am a normal to under pronator since i have normal to high arches………..
Runners with these style place extra stress on their legs…….wow…… i sometimes place extra stress on everything i do……….
So I need extra cushioning………

Need to check exactly which way i swing though.. that has to be tested……….But the point is not to try and become an overpronator……. bcoz it is not the natural state…….
